The second collection last week came to £380.76. Thank you.

Saturday is the First Saturday of the month. There will be Fatima devotions after morning Mass.

 

There will be a dance in the Church Hall on Saturday 8th October 8:00pm – 11:30pm. BAR, Raffle. Music by Irish singing star Mark Taggart. Tickets £6 each includes sandwiches, tea and coffee. Tickets on sale after Mass.

 

There will be a ladies’ social in the Church Hall on Monday 10th October 7.30pm-11.00pm. Tickets £3 each on sale after Mass.

 

There will be no children’s afternoon club this week. The club will be open at 2pm on Sunday 2nd October.

Hospice: To celebrate World Hospice and Palliative care day there will be a concert in Abbotsford Parish Church Clydebank on Friday 7th October at 7.30pm with voices from Clydebank Ladies’ choir and St Andrew’s High School choir. Clydebank Churches Together: There will be a meeting in Clydebank Town Hall Council Chambers on Thursday 29th September at 7.30 pm ‘Songs of Praise’ in Radnor Park Parish Church  on Sunday 9 October at 6.30pm.

 

Euthanasia A debate is to take place in the House of Lords on Monday 18 October on a House of Lord’s report – Assisted dying for the terminally ill. Please write to peers asking them to vote against Euthanasia in any form.

Adult Study in The Catechism course. This is a study group, which will also involve work at home. It is part three of a six-part module course, but it is not necessary to have studied Unit 1 or 2 to participate. There will be an introductory evening on Monday 19th September at 7:30pm in the Archdiocesan Offices, 196 Clyde Street.
